This Policy sets out the payment, cancellation, and refund conditions for the digital services offered by Pro Aici SRL through the Pro Aici platform, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
1. Services offered
The Pro Aici platform offers exclusively digital services intended for legal entities and entrepreneurs who wish to promote their business on the platform.
The available services include:
- subscriptions for publishing and promoting the company's profile on the platform;
- access to the features included in the chosen subscription;
- additional promotion services (VIP, TOP, or other promotional packages), where available.
The Pro Aici platform does not sell or deliver physical products.
2. Payment conditions
Payment for services is made online by bank card (Visa and Mastercard) through the payment processor of the acquiring bank.
Bank card data is not stored by Pro Aici and is processed exclusively through the payment processor's secure infrastructure.
Each payment represents the purchase of a subscription for a fixed period, selected by the customer at the time the order is placed.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically, and upon expiry of the paid period the service ends, unless the user purchases a new subscription.
3. Activation of the service
The service is activated after successful confirmation of payment and validation of the company account, where this is required under the platform's internal procedures.
The subscription period begins from the moment the service is activated.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
As the services offered by Pro Aici are digital services performed immediately upon activation, the user acknowledges that, once the subscription is activated, the service begins to be provided.
A refund may be granted only in the following situations:
- the payment was made in error (for example, a duplicate payment);
- the service was not activated for technical reasons attributable to the platform;
- the service could not be provided due to the exclusive fault of Pro Aici;
- the subscription was activated in error;
- other situations expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Where the service has already been activated and used, and the user requests early termination of the subscription, any refund, if permitted by applicable law, will be calculated proportionally to the unused period of the subscription, after deducting the period during which the service was available and used.
Each refund request is reviewed individually.
5. Refund period
Once a request is approved, the refund will be made to the same card used for payment, within up to 14 calendar days.
The actual crediting time depends on the card-issuing bank.
6. Requesting a refund

The request must include:
- the company name;
- the order or transaction number;
- the date the payment was made;
- the reason for the request;
- any information relevant to reviewing the request.
Each request is reviewed individually, and the requester will receive a response as soon as possible.
7. Limitation of liability
Purchasing a subscription or a promotion service grants the right to use the platform's features for the paid period.
Pro Aici does not guarantee any specific number of views, inquiries, customers, orders, or business results as a result of using the services offered.
8. Protection of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and the Privacy Policy published on the Pro Aici platform.
